NLP for Speech Input in Dentistry

Developing a Semantic Model for NLP in Dentistry

We are using recordings of dictated patient exams to create a natural language processing semantic model for dentistry. Our model will extract common findings and their modifiers from free text dental exams to eventually automatically chart patient data.

At this point we are looking for additional transcripts of dictations of comprehensive initial oral examinations. The purpose of enlarging the "corpus" of text documents we have is to make the system more robust by teaching it how different dentists speak.
