Patients record systems: effects on dental practice and patient oral health outcomes

a Cochrane systematic review

Several administrative methods have been used in dental practices (systematically or non-systematically on maintaining patient records including medical and dental history. Despite the importance of the topic and the vast studies on it, no systematic review has been done focusing on this question . We are working on a systematic review with the Cochrane Effective Practice and Organization Care (www.epoc.cochrane.org) to review the effectiveness of different patient records systems on the dental practice outcomes and patients relevant ones.
